  • Priority response within 24 hours

Plan C8 weeks

1:1 Signature

  • 3 live coaching sessions per week (30 min)
  • Detailed blood work review & interpretation
  • Full onboarding video call

  • Unlimited WhatsApp support throughout

Terms & Conditions
  • 01All plans run for a fixed duration from the start date and cannot be paused mid-plan.
  • 02Payments are non-refundable once the plan has begun.
  • 03WhatsApp support is available Monday to Friday. Responses within 24 hours.
  • 04Live sessions (Plan C) are scheduled at mutual availability; 24-hour notice required for rescheduling.
  • 05International clients are welcome. Pricing in PKR; equivalent USD/AED available on request.
  • 06Jia reserves the right to decline a client if the programme is not a suitable fit.
