Terms & Conditions
- 01All plans run for a fixed duration from the start date and cannot be paused mid-plan.
- 02Payments are non-refundable once the plan has begun.
- 03WhatsApp support is available Monday to Friday. Responses within 24 hours.
- 04Live sessions (Plan C) are scheduled at mutual availability; 24-hour notice required for rescheduling.
- 05International clients are welcome. Pricing in PKR; equivalent USD/AED available on request.
- 06Jia reserves the right to decline a client if the programme is not a suitable fit.
